British-born Nadine Young is a globally recognized diamond expert with over 20 years of experience as a GIA Gemologist. She originally founded NY Diamonds in London in 2005, quickly establishing herself as a trusted authority in rare diamonds and bespoke jewelry
Before entering the diamond industry, Nadine spent nearly a decade as an Investment Advisor for High Net Worth clients at top-tier Wall Street investment banks in London and New York. A chance encounter in the New York Diamond District changed her career path when a thirdgeneration diamond dealer recognized her exceptional ability to discern minute variations in color and clarity. He insisted she pursue a career in the diamond industry, setting her on a path that would define her future.
Under his mentorship, Nadine gained hands-on experience in New York’s Diamond District while earning her GIA Graduate Gemologist degree. Her expertise attracted offers from Sotheby’s, Christie’s, and Bonhams, but she ultimately joined De Beers at their headquarters in London, working with leading diamond experts. She was subsequently personally recruited by one of the world's leading colored diamond dealers to handle sales of rare, museum-quality diamonds, including some of the most elusive blue diamonds ever discovered.
Nadine’s vast experience in both wholesale and luxury retail, combined with her deep understanding of client needs, allows her to provide a truly bespoke jewelry experience. Her global clientele includes royalty, celebrities, and Fortune 500 executives, as well as young couples seeking their perfect engagement ring. She is passionate about offering the highest level of service, expertise, and discretion as a personal diamond concierge.
